What is Hypnodieting?
Hypnodieting is our brand new non-diet diet programme. It is designed to help you control your attitude towards food and how you look and feel. It will help you loose weight naturally and keep it off permanently.
Hypnodieting is very different from other weight-loss methods that you may have already tried in the past. We begin by looking at your current relationship with food and drawing on any issues that arise, which may have prevented you from loosing weight.
As well as losing weight, Hypnodieting has many other benefits such as helping you to become more pro-active and motivated which will help you to make small changes to your lifestyle and keep the unwanted weight off!
What does the treatment involve and how long does it take?
The programme will begin with an initial consultation that takes up to 2 hours. After this consultation the treatment is given over six sessions, which are around an hour and half each.
